Bump

Tower
Trench
Hub
For all of these, the process was pretty much the same. Read the cut list, draw the lines out, then make the cut.
For brevity's sake, I will be describing the process for one specific part, the Hub. This was the game element that we were prioritizing the most, as it would let us comprehensively test out our shooter. The below were the cuts for the hub (TE-263xx)
Then, we followed the steps to create a hexagonal cut inside a sheet of plywood. This involved quite a bit of marking, and was made even more difficult by the fact that the plywood was warped.

The bump was a particular challenge, mainly that the two sides would refuse to get level. This was exacerbated when we realized that we were actually constructing the bump on a non-flat surface outside, leading to even more inaccuracy the moment it was brought inside.
Despite this, we were still able to get some good testing out of it. We determined our robot, with the MK4i base, is able to traverse the bump smoothly. As you can see in the videos below, we attempted to drive Theseus over at various angles: 45ยบ and parallel. We were able to recover from both situations smoothly.
